My harddrive died.
My thumb drive’s fried.
My email’s way to slow.
The project’s lost.
Which edit’s last?
My partner’s got the flu.
Where is the doc?
Oh me, oh my,
What ever shall I do?
I need to blog
to post my vent.
Computer is no go.
My IPod touch
WiFi connect
and off the post will go.
I found the fix.
It does the trick
and now I’ll always know
My google docs
Are in my box
And gone are all my woes.
Cruising along, I quickly set up my blog, chose a theme, even uploaded a picture for my own header. Already having a gmail account, I was able to jump right into the blog setup. My thoughts were, I could quickly do this and be ahead of the game, since my online connectivity is going to be limited the next few days. (Vacation!) Well Murphy showed up. Remember him? When you try to do something new quickly, then he likes to come along for the ride. Actually he likes to take over, the bully that he is. Anyway, I need to spend more time learning about posting, what goes where, and all those formatting issues. I’m going to hire a security guard to keep Murphy from joining my next posting party.
